The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging video and media content that highlights our services, patient experiences, and brand values. This role will play a key part in growing our online presence and strengthening our connection with both new and existing patients.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, film, and edit short- and long-form video content for social media, website, and internal use.
Capture behind-the-scenes footage, patient testimonials (with consent), educational videos, and promotional campaigns.
Operate professional equipment, including DSLR and mirrorless cameras, studio lighting, and audio equipment, to ensure high-quality content production.
Design and produce visual content, including reels, stories, and ads, tailored for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
Work closely with the dental team to highlight treatments, technology, and patient care in a professional yet approachable style.
Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing initiatives.
Optimize video and media content for engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
Stay updated with social media and video trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
Organize and maintain a library of photo and video assets for ongoing use.
Qualifications
Proven experience in video production, editing, and social media content creation (portfolio required).
Proficiency in using
professional video/photo equipment (DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting, microphones)
.
Strong skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
Basic graphic design and photography skills are an asset.
Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients and staff on camera.
