About the Role:



We are seeking a talented and dynamic

Video Editor & Social Media Manager

to join our team. This role is perfect for a creative professional who thrives in both visual storytelling and digital marketing. You'll play a key role in content creation, editing, and social media growth strategies--working closely with our team to bring engaging ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:



Video Editing:

Edit high-quality, engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms. Ensure all content aligns with our brand identity and storytelling goals. Use visual effects, transitions, and audio to enhance viewer engagement.
Camera Operation:

Handle professional camera equipment to capture high-resolution video and photo content. Set up lighting, audio, and framing for shoots when required. (no equipment required)
Social Media Management:

Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach. Respond to community interactions and stay updated on current trends.
Content Planning & Scripting:

Collaborate with the team to ideate creative concepts for video and social content. Write scripts and storyboards tailored for different platforms and audience segments. Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch original content ideas.

Requirements:



Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio of previous work. Proficiency in video editing software. Hands-on experience using professional cameras and basic lighting/audio setups. Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Ability to write creative scripts and develop content calendars. Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
