Relevant du Pr\xc3\xa9sident et Chef de la direction, le ou la Vice-pr\xc3\xa9sident(e) march\xc3\xa9s internationaux assurera le d\xc3\xa9veloppement des activit\xc3\xa9s d\xe2\x80\x99exportation internationale du Groupe JAMP Pharma. Tout en \xc3\xa9tant strat\xc3\xa9gique et tactique, le ou la titulaire de ce poste sera responsable des ventes, du d\xc3\xa9veloppement et de la gestion commerciale des formulations pharmaceutiques \xc3\xa0 travers le monde afin d\xe2\x80\x99atteindre les objectifs et revenus d\xe2\x80\x99affaires.


Vous serez responsable de plusieurs projets stimulants:

  • Responsable du P&L des op\xc3\xa9rations commerciales internationales pour le Groupe JAMP Pharma;

  • G\xc3\xa9rer le d\xc3\xa9veloppement commercial, strat\xc3\xa9gie d\'entr\xc3\xa9e sur le march\xc3\xa9, p\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9tration du march\xc3\xa9 et augmentation de la client\xc3\xa8le;

  • G\xc3\xa9rer les employ\xc3\xa9s responsables du d\xc3\xa9veloppement des affaires pour diff\xc3\xa9rentes r\xc3\xa9gions;

  • \xc3\x89laborer des strat\xc3\xa9gies, planifier et assurer l\'ex\xc3\xa9cution r\xc3\xa9ussie des exigences du client;

  • Avoir des interactions interfonctionnelles pour s\'assurer que les grilles de produits sont d\xc3\xa9finies pour les diff\xc3\xa9rents march\xc3\xa9s et que les processus d\'enregistrement sont termin\xc3\xa9s;

  • Effectuer des analyses des donn\xc3\xa9es de ventes et pr\xc3\xa9visions de ventes;

  • Fixer divers objectifs pour les pays et la performance des \xc2\xab Country Managers \xc2\xbb en fonction des strat\xc3\xa9gies de vente et des objectifs d\xc3\xa9finis;

  • Effectuer une \xc3\xa9troite coordination des \xc3\xa9tudes de march\xc3\xa9, des strat\xc3\xa9gies promotionnelles telles que des publicit\xc3\xa9s, des expositions \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9tranger, pour renforcer l\'image de marque et soutenir l\'entr\xc3\xa9e sur les nouveaux march\xc3\xa9s;

  • Responsable du marketing, des ventes, de la gestion de la distribution, de la gestion des comptes clients, du d\xc3\xa9veloppement des affaires;

  • Diriger les op\xc3\xa9rations de marketing international des produits de la soci\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 sur le march\xc3\xa9 international;

  • Participer \xc3\xa0 la planification strat\xc3\xa9gique et \xc3\xa0 la mise en \xc5\x93uvre du programme de marketing international qui donne une croissance constante ;

  • Mise en place de bureaux dans les march\xc3\xa9s cl\xc3\xa9s ou pour la d\xc3\xa9tention d\'AMM;

  • N\xc3\xa9gocier et signer des contrats avec des entreprises \xc3\xa9trang\xc3\xa8res;


Toutes autres responsabilit\xc3\xa9s et projets li\xc3\xa9s aux affaires internationales.


Vos comp\xc3\xa9tences et votre savoir-\xc3\xaatre pour \xc3\xaatre heureux dans ce travail :

  • Minimum 15 \xc3\xa0 20 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en marketing export avec une exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinente dans le secteur des formulations pharmaceutiques;

  • Doit avoir une exp\xc3\xa9rience en marketing des formulations pharmaceutiques et d\xc3\xa9velopper des affaires dans de nouveaux march\xc3\xa9s/pays;

  • Doit \xc3\xaatre en mesure de voyager dans plusieurs pays pour le travail;

  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience pratique des mod\xc3\xa8les de distribution pharmaceutique de divers pays;

  • Bilingue fran\xc3\xa7ais et anglais parl\xc3\xa9 et \xc3\xa9crit;

  • Excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences de communication \xc3\xa9crite et verbale;

Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the Vice-President, International Business will ensure the development of the JAMP Pharma Group\'s international export activities. While being strategic and tactical, the incumbent of this position will be responsible for the sales, development and commercial management of pharmaceutical formulations throughout the world in order to achieve business objectives and revenues.


You will be responsible of various exciting projects:

  • P&L Responsibility for international business operations for JAMP Pharma Group;

  • Business development, market entry strategy, market- penetration and increase in customer base;

  • Manage Business Development Managers for different regions;

  • Strategize, Plan and Ensure successful execution of Client requirement;

  • Cross Functional interactions to ensure product grids are set for different markets and registration processes are completed;

  • Analysis of Sales data and Sales forecasting;

  • Set various objectives for the countries and Country managers performance based on sales strategies and outlined objectives;

  • Close co-ordination of Market Research, promotional strategies like advertisements, Foreign Exhibitions, to strengthen brand Image and to support entering into the New Markets;

  • Accountable and responsible for Marketing, Sales, Distribution Management, Receivables Management, Business Development;

  • Spearheaded the international marketing operations of the company products in the International Market;

  • Participate in strategic planning & implementation of International Marketing Program that gives steady growth;

  • Setting up of offices in key markets or for holding MA;

  • Negotiate and sign contracts with overseas companies;


Any other responsibilities and projects related to International Business.


Necessary skills to be happy and thrive in this job position:

  • Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in Export Marketing with relevant experience in Pharma formulations sector;

  • Should have marketing experience of Pharmaceutical Formulations & develop business in new markets/countries;

  • Travelled to multiple countries for work;

  • Hands-on experience of pharmaceutical distribution models of various countries;

  • Bilingual French and English spoken and written;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;


Ability to manage employees, while multi-tasking large projects.

To be successful and happy in this role, it is important to have the following skills and qualifications: \xc2\xb7 A minimum of a University degree is required preferably in Business, Communications, Education, Life Sciences or related Health Sciences discipline \xc2\xb7 A minimum of 5 years of professional related experience \xc2\xb7 Prior experience in a Field based CHE/Medical Education, Access, Sales, and/or Marketing roles as well as experience across sales and/or marketing \xc2\xb7 Experience in the either I&I therapeutic area (s) is highly desirable \xc2\xb7 Proven project management experience combined with strong planning and organizational skills \xc2\xb7 Proven strength in teamwork and collaboration across multiple internal stakeholders \xc2\xb7 Ability to put data into perspective and communicate it concisely \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to work closely with KOLs to gain key insights \xc2\xb7 Experience in developing and executing successful virtual, digital and live CHE/OLA learning activities is highly desirable \xc2\xb7 Ability to travel up to 25%, domestic, based on the needs of the business \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of principles of adult learning \xc2\xb7 Second to none ethics and integrity, knowledge of the Canadian privacy and confidentiality rules and laws
