Eriksdale School is a K-8 school with an enrollment of approximately 140 students. We are looking for an innovative administrator who has infectious positivity, a passion for working with youth, and a demonstrated track record of being an educational team leader to join our dedicated team.

The individuals must also possess excellent classroom management and relational skills, a strong pedagogical foundation in the areas of literacy and numeracy, and a willingness to be part of a professional learning community, where student learning is the priority.

The Ideal Candidate:

A commitment to student learning, the capacity to work cooperatively and effectively with parents and the communities through strong interpersonal skills A demonstrated ability in instructional leadership in the K-8 context, team building, numeracy and literacy A commitment to ongoing school improvement and related planning and evidence collection A dedication to professional growth Strong management and organizational skills
