What is the opportunity?

This is an experienced intermediate sales position driving client revenue growth, market share and vote for Cash Equities \xe2\x80\x93 U.S. and Pan-European Product, with a client focus

What will you do?

Drive Advisory revenue, vote, visibility into Canadian for U.S. and Pan European Product

Collaborate with partners across Global Equities across every Global Equities product channel to drive revenue and share for Global Equities \xe2\x80\x93 across Advisory, HT, Elec, PT, Derivatives, Research, Equity Capital Markets (ECM)/ Global Investment Banking (GIB), and deliver this effectively to Canadian client base\xe2\x80\x93 focused on the total GE result.

Set ambitious revenue / market share / vote / interaction targets and drive strategic Client growth plans

Streamline and maximize the impact of the Product client coverage team \xe2\x80\x93 working in a coordinated way with the wider team, to drive deeper with clients - aligning client focus/targets with the daily/weekly cadence of the teas, driving a consistent, high intensity approach, professional rigour, sales ownership, set and track key performance metrics

Help lead maximum engagement and develop growth initiatives with our key Global stakeholders \xe2\x80\x93Research, Trading, Global Investment Banking (GIB), Derivatives

Drive cross selling across Global Markets asset classes, and with our Senior Relationship Management (SRM) team - to drive a deep partnership approach to clients

Work with ECM/ GIB partners to drive growth in ECM revenues globally

Drive and leverage Corporate Access to add value to a Global Equities franchise

What do you need to succeed?

Strong knowledge, passion and experience in selling U.S. , Pan-European Equities product

Be able to demonstrate ability to successfully cross sell multiple products

Proven track record of year on year incremental sales revenue

Experience working and collaborating in a dynamic Cash Equity Sales role

As an experiences Salesperson, understanding of the importance of leadership behaviours and ability to instill and demonstrate them \xe2\x80\x93 drive to impact, act urgently, adapt quickly, always learn, unlock the power of colleagues and partners.

CSC and CPH, Series 7/63 preferred
