The Vice President - VP of Development will be responsible for the operations and management of our client company.

The successful candidate will bring 10+ years of property management experience in the high-rise residential development industry.

• Lead the set up and development of residential property management platform, including policies, procedure, and infrastructure
• Assist in the hiring of the property management team and provide appropriate mentoring, training, and supervision
• Oversee Property Managers providing support and direction to the team and their associated staff
• Oversee and execute leasing strategies to ensure property achieves desired leasing level and retention rates
• Prepare, present, and execute property maintenance program and ensure proper and efficient solution
• Prepare and execute tenant relations program to continually monitor and improve on resident experience and services
• Develop and maintain operations guide and procedures with respect to position and operating protocols
• Prepare and present property budget
• Present and execute operating plans
• Ensure the property is maintained to the highest safety standards
• Be informed and up-to-date changes with industry standards and trends as it relates with application across the portfolio
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Base Salary of $250,000 - $300,000
