Quality products and superior customer service are cornerstones of their business in a safety-first environment.They are looking for a Vice President of Operations who is a dynamic and results-driven leader to head up their Western Canada operations. Proven leadership expertise to drive a culture of excellence while managing the day-to-day operations.Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the President, you will provide leadership and direction by engaging and inspiring a team of 85+;
• Bring a creative approach to leading, managing and growing a highly successful business in a changing market;
• Manage and lead the operations, sales & logistics teams, including mentoring, coaching and training;
• Work closely with the VP of Sales;
• Full P&L responsibility, budgeting, and inventory management;
• Drive process excellence to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce costs, and ensure employee satisfaction;
• Maintain safety-first protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years\' experience in General Management, Sales, Operations, Logistics, Service, Manufacturing
• Knowledge of Building Materials industry
• Strong leadership and business metrics management experience
• Demonstrated examples of creating a high performing team
• Experience driving change and improving business processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office
