With plans to open 20 more locations this year alone, we are searching for a Vice President of Operations who is sharp, strategic, and ready to play a central role in our next stage of expansion.
We're looking for a seasoned operations leader who is ready to elevate our corporate structure, strengthen performance across teams, and work directly with the CEO and President to drive operational excellence. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling company at the peak of its momentum.
About the Role
As the Vice President of Operations, you will oversee and expand our corporate team, manage client expectations, control operational costs, support RM (Regional Manager) development, and help fuel nationwide growth. We are seeking someone highly capable, a leader who brings clarity, discipline, and forward-thinking strategy to every aspect of the business.
What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and expand the corporate team to meet aggressive growth goals
Work closely with the CEO and President to translate vision into operational reality
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments and locations
Manage and strengthen client relationships, ensuring expectations are exceeded
Control costs through thoughtful decision-making, process improvement, and effective resource allocation
Support and develop Regional Managers, providing structure, accountability, and performance guidance
Enhance cross-functional communication and align teams around company goals
Analyze data and operational metrics to identify opportunities, drive efficiency, and support scalability
Uphold high standards of execution, follow-through, and operational integrity
What You Bring
5+ years of experience managing teams
(multi-site or multi-department leadership strongly preferred)
Proven success in operational leadership in a growth-oriented environment
Leadership skills
with the ability to unify departments and inspire teams to achieve goals
Interpersonal skills
to collaborate effectively with the corporate team, President, and CEO
Time management capabilities
to organize priorities and meet deadlines
Decision-making strength
to cut costs responsibly, manage risks, and drive expansion initiatives
