About the role:

Do you think you have what it takes to be the Vice President of Marketing at an innovative fast paced healthtech startup? As the ideal candidate, you are passionate, creative and a hands-on marketing professional.

You will take on the task of creating a voice for the company and working closely alongside our CEO to make that vision a reality. This role is critical to our identity from the telling of our story, to the way we communicate it internally and externally - in the most exciting and powerful way. You will establish a relationship with the media and key players. An attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our product\xe2\x80\x99s value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our buyers\xe2\x80\x99 problems. You are obsessed with tracking performance, by data analyzation, and constantly react and pivot according to the results of that analysis.

You will create relevant and inspiring content for patients as well as consumers who want to stay connected with their loved one and prevent health conditions from manifesting into chronic ones. Role responsibilities:

-Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness

-Analyze and develop brand and marketing strategies, delegate tasks to the marketing team, set and achieve targets, and establish relationships with media and clients

-Organize and supervise marketing events, launches, booth at conferences, presentations - and capitalize on these events and using these spaces to network with industry professionals

-Oversee social media, marketing strategy and content marketing

-Conducting market research and implementing new strategies based on findings and competitive analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth

-Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets for the marketing team, and allocating resources appropriately

-Setting daily, weekly, monthly and yearly targets, and implementing various incentives to ensure they are achieved and align with our business goals

-Utilize Market intelligence\xe2\x80\x94become the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria

-Apply critical and strategic thinking to unchartered and ambiguous situations to solve and drive for results and sales. This means you demonstrate leadership skills and show creativity in your approach to problem solving

-Develop a variety of promotional projects and campaigns end-to-end, including paid advertising campaigns and digital marketing techniques making improvements when necessary

Qualifications:

-Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director or other senior role

-BSc in marketing, business, PR, or a similar field. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree may be preferable.

-Previous experience in B2B Marketing required, understanding of B2C is an asset

-Extensive experience within Healthcare and brand building, digital health, medical device preferred, Wearable Technology industry, consumer wellness an asset.

-Knowledge and practical experience with SEO, Google analytics, digital marketing tools, CRM and other related software.

-Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns

-Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.

-Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.

-Team player but also someone who thrives in a competitive environment

-Sense of urgency, initiative, a relentless drive for results as well as enthusiasm for health, wellness and technology.
