You will
  • Co-lead marketing across Anthem\xe2\x80\x99s multifamily portfolio and provide oversight on people and programs.
  • Reinforce creativity and learning across the team, always looking for innovative approaches, new technologies and outside industries for relevant inspiration.
  • Lead project positioning and brand development.
  • Know your Buyers - who is buying and why?
  • Understand what quantitatively and qualitatively motivates the purchasing decision and the factors that impact this.
  • Understand what is happening, why it matters, and how we are positioned to achieve our goals.
  • Drive strategy and support execution \xe2\x80\x93 Always on vision, on brand, on process and on budget.
  • Support Product Development \xe2\x80\x93 To meet the needs of our customers and reinforce the Vision of the project.
  • Lead, create, teach, reinforce, and follow Anthem\'s processes \xe2\x80\x93 If there is a way to do it better, you are empowered to share and institutionalize the knowledge. If it\xe2\x80\x99s a pass, you\xe2\x80\x99re not going to file a hurt feelings report every time someone disagrees with you.
  • Ensure Anthem\'s corporate brand is appropriately represented, protected, and reinforced.

You have
  • Extensive experience in a marketing leadership position in an active real estate market.
  • An Undergraduate Degree.
  • Experience and savvy with Corporate branding, Communications and Public Relations.
  • Excellent communications skills both written and oral.
  • A passion for developing innovative solutions to solve problems.
  • A desire to have fun at work while doing what you love.
  • Excellent time-management, project management and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM, Lasso, HubSpot and MS Projects.
