MSM's Eduverse initiative is seeking a visionary and results-driven
Vice President - Eduverse
to lead global sales, sponsorship, and partnership strategies. This executive role will be responsible for scaling our international presence, accelerating sponsorship revenue, forging high-value alliances, and delivering strategic integration of sponsors into events, products, and digital platforms. The VP will be a key driver in positioning Eduverse as a global brand at the intersection of
education, innovation, and strategic engagement

Key Responsibilities:
Sponsorship & Revenue Strategy
Design and execute global sponsorship and monetization strategies.
Drive multimillion-dollar revenue growth through direct sales and strategic partnerships. o Identify new monetization models across events, digital platforms, and EdTech activations.
Sponsor Relationship Management
Build and nurture C-level relationships with existing and potential global sponsors. o Customize partnership strategies based on sponsor objectives and sector trends. o Lead post-sales engagement to maximize sponsor ROI and retention.
Proposal & Contract Management
Lead development of high-impact proposals, decks, and sponsor presentations. o Oversee contract negotiation and closure, collaborating with legal and finance. o Ensure compliance, timely invoicing, and performance tracking.
Event Integration & Brand Visibility
Align sponsor deliverables with global Eduverse summits, workshops, and virtual events. o Maximize sponsor branding across pre/during/post event lifecycles.
Collaborate with marketing and events for sponsor activation.
Global Market Research & Positioning
Conduct market analysis to refine pricing, positioning, and competitive benchmarking. o Provide actionable insights into evolving sponsor expectations across regions.
Leadership & Team Development
Build and manage a high-performance global sponsorship and sales team.
Provide coaching, set KPIs, and lead strategic planning reviews.
Promote a culture of ownership, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
Establish data-driven dashboards to track sales pipeline, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
Report performance insights and growth projections to executive leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's or Bachelor's in Business Administration, International Relations, Education, or related field.
10+ years
of progressive leadership experience in
international education, sponsorships, EdTech, or global partnerships
.
Proven track record in
strategic revenue generation, B2B sponsorships, and enterprise sales
.
Demonstrated success in leading
multi-region teams
, high-stakes contract negotiation, and brand-aligned sponsorship programs.
Strong familiarity with global education ecosystems, student recruitment trends, and tech enabled learning platforms.
Excellent stakeholder communication, financial acumen, and executive presence.
