Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As Vice President, Banking Strategy and Operations, you will be a strategic, forward-thinking leader who drives the transformation of Vancity's banking operations. You'll lead the team that forms the operational backbone of our banking system, making the organization stronger, more efficient, and future-ready.
You will set the direction for operational strategy, regulatory compliance, and innovation while ensuring all banking functions are aligned with Vancity's purpose-driven mission and long-term objectives. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will turn vision into action - delivering transformation initiatives that simplify operations, strengthen internal controls, and enhance both the member and employee experience. You will foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and equity in service of our members.
This is a Full-time, Permanent role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Head of Banking Operations.
