Saturday/Sunday 0700-1900 Monday/Tuesday 1500-2300 total of 40hrs work week.The Via Pack MH/Insp is responsible for performing the following duties: set up case sealer, ensure machines are operating properly, move sterilized trucks from sterilized staging area to packing staging area, remove screens from trucks, unload sterilized products onto conveyor, inspect and pack the viaflex units. Remove empty trucks to staging area and remove garbage from area.Due to the nature of our business, Baxter follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) which requires our employees to focus on cleanliness and contamination control. Other aspects of GMP that must be observed are no makeup or jewelry in the production areasEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform one or more of the following duties on a rotating basis:Set up case sealerEnsure Machines are operating properlyMove sterilized trucks from sterilized staging area to packing staging areaRemove screens from trucksUnload sterilized products onto conveyorInspect and pack the viaflex unitsRemove empty trucks to staging area and remove garbage from area.Job RequirementsSuccessful completion of High School diploma or GED required (Proof will be requested)Must pass ergonomic assessment to ensure ability to perform bonafide essential job dutiesExperience doing repetitive tasksManufacturing/Quality experience in a GMP environmentExperience in food or manufacturing industryPrevious experience working in a fast-paced environment (experience working in an assembly line setting is preferred)Flexibility to weekendsPositive attitude, and an ability to work in a team setting with a focus on quality assurance and attention to detail.Reasonable AccommodationsBaxter is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
