Feel good about a day at work! Our group has three practices in Vancouver and we are seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team.
Job description includes, but is not limited to:
Blood collection and catheter placement Restraining animals for X-rays, blood collection, and examination Calculating doses and dispensing medication Monitoring anesthesia Assisting with surgery Communicating with clients Understanding the hygienic protocol in the veterinary field
Qualifications
Certified Veterinary Technician or equivalent experience Strong laboratory skills with experience in diagnostics Excellent communication skills with pet owners and team members Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compassionate approach to animal care Team-oriented mindset with a passion for veterinary medicine

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
