Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated
Registered Veterinary Technician/ Customer Care & Receptions VA
to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and proactive, and passionate about pets (and people!)Responsibilities
Assisting veterinarians with exams, treatments, and diagnostics Confidently running tech appointments (and making clients feel heard and supported) Placing IV catheters, performing blood draws (including cysto/venipuncture), and administering medications Monitoring anesthesia with care and precision Performing dental cleanings and capturing full-mouth radiographs Educating clients and mentoring fellow team members Keeping medical records accurate and organized Helping keep the clinic tidy, smooth-running, and compliant with health protocols Ensure a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Registered Veterinary Technician (OAVT licensed) Strong communication and teamwork skills A calm, compassionate approach to patient and client care Someone who takes initiative, pays attention to detail, and lifts others up
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
