Armitage Animal Clinic is an AAHA-accredited small animal practice proudly serving the Newmarket community. We are a close-knit team committed to providing exceptional veterinary care in a supportive, respectful, and positive work environment.

We are currently seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician -- or a new graduate actively working toward registration -- to join our team in a full-time role with a four-day workweek and no weekends.

About the Role

As an RVT at Armitage Animal Clinic, you'll play a vital role in patient care and clinic operations while working alongside experienced veterinarians and technicians who value collaboration and mutual support.

Key responsibilities include:

Surgical assistance and anesthesia monitoring Inpatient and outpatient nursing care Diagnostic and laboratory support Client education and communication Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization

The ideal candidate

Registered Veterinary Technician (or new grad in the registration process) Team-oriented with strong communication skills Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented Passion for high-quality medicine and patient care Eager to learn and grow within a supportive team
