Our Veterinary Receptionist/Assistants are responsible for:
Client care
Professional and respectful communication
Receiving, filling and processing orders
General cleanliness of the clinic
Daily, weekly and monthly housekeeping duties
Assist veterinary technicians with patient care
Working alone and within a team environment
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Excellent communication skills
Effective time management skills
Accuracy in entries and payment processing
Ability to be self-directed and also to work in a team environment
Ability to work Monday to Friday
