Panorama Hills Animal Hospital is looking for a dedicated and compassionate

Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant

to join our team! We are a

privately owned, companion animal veterinary clinic

located just off Stoney Trail in NW Calgary. Our team is a small but passionate group that values a

fun, supportive, and professional work environment.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of

strong customer service skills, administrative knowledge, and a love for animals.

While prior veterinary experience is preferred, we're open to individuals eager to learn and grow in this role.

Key Qualifications:

? Previous experience in a veterinary setting (preferred)

? Exceptional customer service and communication skills

? Strong computer proficiency

? High attention to detail and a strong work ethic

? Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

? Works well independently and as part of a team

? Passionate about animal care and enjoys working with cats and dogs

Key Responsibilities:

Answering phones, responding to emails, greeting clients, and processing invoices Managing patient records, scanning, and faxing documents Providing patient restraint and assisting in animal care Maintaining clinic cleanliness, preparing surgical packs, and supporting daily operations Assisting veterinarians and RVTs with procedures and treatments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
