This position includes booking appointments, maintaining medical records, handling invoices, payments, and estimates, restraining animals, maintaining hospital cleanliness, triaging patients, directing the flow of clients, and much more.

Required Qualifications:

Candidates must have 1+ years of veterinary assisting or veterinary reception experience in a clinic environment or have completed a Veterinary Assistant course. Strong communication skills Excellent customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Independent and self-motivated work ethic Must have strong attention to detail Must be pet-friendly
Desired Qualifications:

Ezyvet software knowledge is an asset Strong problem-solving skills Willingness and desire to increase the knowledge base Adaptability
