: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

Bloorcourt Veterinary clinic is a well established and busy 2.5 doctor practice in Toronto and we are looking to add another

Client Care Representative (CCR)

to our amazing and dynamic team.

A Client Care Representative at Bloorcourt Veterinary Clinic should be outgoing, reliable, efficient, have a positive attitude and loves to interact with people and their pets.

Our CCRs are our first point of contact and play a key role in our practice, they also have many responsibilities.

The ideal candidate for this position will:

Display a high level of dedication to improving the client/patient experience Share a passion for exemplary client/patient care Possesses exceptional communication skills Thrive in a busy environment Have experience in safely handling cats and dogs (an asset, not a requirement)
Primary responsibilities:

Greet clients and patients who come in for appointments and surgery Communicating with clients professionally and promptly via email and phone Scheduling appointments Invoicing clients, taking payment at the time of service, and offering value at every interaction Scanning documents, processing pet insurance claims, and administrative duties Keeping the office organized and clean Operating computer software to access electronic medical records and schedules
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
