Your Role at a Glance
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Creating a warm, welcoming environment
for both clients and their pets -- your friendly demeanor sets the tone for every visit.
Handling incoming calls
with professionalism and care, providing accurate information and support.
Managing email correspondence
, including responding to client questions and coordinating with referring veterinary clinics.
Scheduling and tracking appointments
, while following up as needed to keep things running smoothly.
Maintaining accurate client and patient records
using our practice management software -- attention to detail is a must.
Processing payments and managing the cash register
, ensuring every transaction is handled accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us and bring their best every day. The ideal candidate will have:
A
Veterinary Office Assistant
or
Medical Office Assistant certificate
- recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic computer skills
and comfort working with digital tools in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Cornerstone software
is preferred for keeping records organized and efficient.
