Duties

Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter the clinic. Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule for veterinarians, ensuring efficient use of time and resources. Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries, providing information about services, and handling client concerns with empathy. Process patient records accurately, including updating medical histories Handle billing and payment processing while explaining charges to clients clearly. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere for clients and staff alike. Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a receptionist is required

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal communication skills, with a friendly demeanor that fosters positive client relationships. Proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling, record keeping, and billing processes. A genuine love for animals and a commitment to providing high-quality care to both pets and their owners. Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
