What You'll Do:

Greet and assist clients as they arrive at our hospital, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Manage appointments, phone calls, and client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Handle administrative tasks including filing, billing, and maintaining patient records. Provide general support to our veterinary team to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent Customer Service Skills:

You should be friendly, empathetic, and eager to help our clients and their pets.

Administrative Experience:

Previous experience in an office or healthcare setting is preferred.

Attention to Detail:

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.

Strong Communication Skills:

You'll be the go-to person for client questions and concerns.

Flexibility:

Must be available for full-time hours, with alternating Saturdays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.88-$20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
