What is it like to work as a Receptionist at The Collegeway AH?
Welcome and assist clients warmly and professionally, providing essential information about our veterinary services and ensure they feel informed and valued.
Engage with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and text.
Efficiently use Avimark (practice management software) to schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments for a seamless workflow. Proactively follow up with clients to meet their needs.
Process payments and handle billing inquiries with professionalism.
Ensure the accuracy and currency of medical records, including treatment plans, patient histories, and organized medical files, to support comprehensive patient care.
Complete essential tasks like filing, data entry, and maintaining a tidy reception area to support daily operations.
Skills required:
Previous experience with veterinary reception is an asset, but not required.
A passion to deliver high quality customer service
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
Ability to pick up 50lbs
