About the role:

We're looking for someone who's organized, kind, and ready to jump in. This role is primarily reception-based, but also includes hands-on animal handling and client support. Our team is adaptable and collaborative -- we help each other out across roles, and we're looking for someone who thrives in that kind of environment.

This is a fully in-person role with time-sensitive tasks, so reliability is essential. You'll need to be confident handling animals, comfortable communicating with clients, and ready to contribute to a fast-moving day. Pay is commensurate with prior successful experience. Position to be filled as soon as possible.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years' experience in a small animal clinic Skilled and confident in handling cats and dogs Excellent communication, time management, and organization Able to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure Open to innovative and integrative approaches to medicine Own vehicle and valid license as transport of patients is required Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office required; QuickBooks a plus) Experience with inventory management is an asset Consistent attendance and punctuality are a must
