Calgary Animal Referral and Emergency (C.A.R.E.) Centre

is welcoming a full-time Veterinary Reception and Client Care who is an exceptional, organized multitasker and an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual. We're looking for a personable yet highly professional "service extraordinaire" to join us in delivering our mission to our clients and their pets.

Ability to answer a multi-line phone system and track and schedule appointments effectively Placing outbound calls to pet parents for follow-up and future appointment bookings Prior knowledge/or ability to learn medical terminology and VCA Woofware Exceptional client service skills Empathetic, nurturing and positive attitude Skilled in prioritizing needs, open to change and adaptable Initiative in carrying out assignments independently Attention to detail with above-average time management skills Previous veterinary experience or graduation from an accredited Veterinary Assistant program is preferred

Schedule:

Must be flexible and available to work shift work (early as 6 am and late as 2 am), weekdays, weekends and holidays.
