We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our veterinary clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for animal care, ensuring that our practice runs efficiently while providing exceptional service to our clients and their pets. This role requires a blend of managerial expertise, customer service skills, and a solid understanding of veterinary practices, including laboratory procedures.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Practice Manager

to lead our team and ensure smooth operations. This role is crucial for delivering top-notch care to our patients and fostering a supportive environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:



Leadership and Team Management



Lead and mentor a team, fostering a positive work environment. Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. Manage staffing and recruitment activities. Ensure timely processing of job changes in Dayforce.

Operations Management



Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality care. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs). Manage scheduling, inventory, and facility maintenance. Communicate corporate policies and manage team activities.

Financial Management



Develop and manage the practice budget. Analyze financial reports and implement cost-saving measures. Ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Client Relations



Foster strong client relationships and handle concerns promptly. Enhance client retention and satisfaction through feedback and improvements. Coordinate communication between clients and veterinarians.

Compliance and Safety



Ensure compliance with regulations and health and safety protocols. Maintain accurate records and oversee safety protocols. Prepare for inspections and regulatory audits.

Marketing & Community Outreach



Implement local marketing initiatives and engage with the community. Promote the practice through events and outreach programs.

Strategic Initiatives



Develop business plans and implement strategic initiatives. Monitor and improve the effectiveness of initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications



Minimum 3 years of management experience.

Healthcare experience an asset. Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Client-focused with critical thinking and financial acumen. Proficient in IT and practice management systems. Bachelor's degree/college diploma in business administration preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
