We're on the hunt for a

Practice Manager

to join our veterinary team and help steer the ship. This isn't just a "keep the lights on" kind of role--it's about leading with vision, supporting an incredible group of veterinary professionals, and making sure our patients, clients, and team members have the best possible experience every single day.

What You'll Be Doing



Team Leadership:



Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of veterinary professionals. Foster a supportive, collaborative, and fun work environment. Drive accountability and growth by setting clear expectations, coaching, and celebrating wins.

Operations Mastery:



Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Keep things organized--schedules, inventory, maintenance, and processes all fall within your realm. Implement and refine systems that keep patient care and client service top-notch.

Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:



Tackle challenges head-on with creativity and confidence. Find solutions that put patients first while keeping the team engaged and supported.

Financial & Strategic Impact:



Manage budgets, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to grow and improve. Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives to keep the clinic moving forward.

Client Care & Community:



Support a culture of compassion and professionalism for our clients and patients. Help resolve client concerns with care and empathy. Represent the clinic in the community through outreach, events, and building strong local connections.

What We're Looking For



Leadership

- at least 3 years in a management role (healthcare or veterinary is a bonus!).

Natural problem solver

- you're quick on your feet and not afraid to make decisions.

Patient-first mindset

- you care deeply about the quality of care our clinic provides.

People person

- strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

Organized operator

- you love structure, processes, and keeping things on track.

Financial smarts

- some experience with budgets, payroll, and reporting.

Tech comfort

- you're good with Microsoft Office and management systems. Bonus: A degree or diploma in business administration or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
