About You:
We're looking for someone with strong leadership and management experience, ideally in a healthcare or service-based environment. While veterinary experience is a bonus, it's not required. We'll teach you the animal care side. What we need is someone who can bring out the best in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations of the hospital
Manage staff scheduling, performance, and development
Support a positive and collaborative team culture
Partner with veterinarians and support staff to deliver excellent patient care
Monitor financial performance and help drive clinic goals
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
What You Bring:
Proven leadership experience in a management role (2+ years)
Strong people management, communication, and organizational skills
A business-minded approach with the ability to read and interpret Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, identify opportunities for improvement and support financial performance goals
Comfort working with KPIs, budgets, and clinic metrics to support operational decisions
Ability to coach, support, and lead a diverse team to preform at their best
Adaptability, accountability, and a solution-focused mindset
Experience in veterinary or healthcare setting is an asset, but not required
