Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate

part time

Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)

to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate has a passion for animals and people alike, excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are key.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism. Schedule appointments, manage daily bookings, and coordinate with the veterinary team to maintain smooth workflow. Answer phones and emails, providing accurate information and support to clients. Process payments, maintain client and patient records, and handle billing with accuracy. Support the team by ensuring efficient communication between clients and medical staff. Maintain the reception area in a clean and welcoming condition. Handle sensitive situations with empathy, discretion, and a calm demeanor.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a

veterinary customer service setting in an animal hospital

is a must. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient with computers and scheduling systems. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain composed and professional in a busy, sometimes emotional environment. A genuine love for animals and a commitment to providing excellent client service.
