Temporary Full-Time Veterinary Client Care Representative
to join our team and support our busy practice.
About the Role
As a Client Care Representative, you will be the welcoming face and calming voice of our clinic. You'll play a key role in ensuring every client and patient receives exceptional service--from the moment they contact us to the moment they leave our doors.
Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily communications
Check clients in and out; process payments and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to support efficient workflow
Maintain a clean, organized, and friendly reception area
Handle client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience required; veterinary or medical experience an asset
Strong communication skills (phone and in-person)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computer systems; experience with veterinary software a plus
Compassionate, patient, and able to stay calm under pressure
Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
Available to work days, evenings and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: $17.20-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
