Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist

to join our team of dedicated animal lovers.

What You'll Be Doing:

Greet pets (and their humans!) with warmth, professionalism, and a smile Schedule appointments and manage phone calls with confidence and kindness Keep accurate patient records and help with data entry and updates Assist with medication prep and filling Ensure the reception area stays clean, organized, and welcoming Handle payments and billing inquiries with care and accuracy Educate pet parents about preventive care, vaccinations, and services

What You Bring to the Team:

Love for animals Customer service experience Comfort around animals of all shapes and sizes Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure Experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is a bonus, but not required. Familiarity with Cornerstone software? Even better!
