Hello job seekers!

We are a vet office located in the Greystone plaza looking to hire a vet assistant/receptionist part-time/full-time! Currently, we're open to anyone with a strong passion either for customer service or the field of animal medicine. Experience as a VOA, or a VOA certification will be preferred but not required as we train our staff, but any experience at a vet clinic or as a receptionist is welcomed.

Here's what we expect of you:
-Passion for learning. The field of animal medicine is always expanding and changing and we need someone who can put in the effort to keep up! If you're good with computers, even better!
-Punctuality. To help with this we're hoping to find someone who lives/schools/works close by, but interest in the job above all is preferred.
-Customer service skills as you will be on the phone talking to clients frequently. You will be our first point of contact to clients, so we're looking for someone with spark!
-We need someone comfortable restraining animals - this is a must! A large part of the job involves being comfortable helping the vet out when needed, cleaning up after "accidents", and keeping the office sparkling.
-We're looking for someone who wants to be part of our growing family. We value honest and dependable people.
-We find people best suited for the job are outgoing people who are willing to be team players. We need people who can anticipate the needs of the clinic and can take initiative in task management and organizational skills.
