$18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule:

Flexible 4-day work week with rotating Saturday shifts

What Our Veterinary Assistants Bring

Previous Veterinary Assistant experience Excellent communication skills--both written and verbal Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment A warm, empathetic approach toward clients and their pets Comfort working with computers and veterinary software systems (experience a plus!) A professional, flexible, and positive attitude Commitment to compassionate medicine and a great client experience

What You'll Do

Assist in exams, radiology, vaccine preparation, and note-taking for doctors Handle client inquiries and appointment requests with friendliness and professionalism Support smooth patient flow by updating records and ensuring appointments stay on track Assist with gentle animal restraint during exams and procedures Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold our hospital's high standards of care Be ready to jump in where needed--because teamwork is at the heart of what we do! Communicate with warmth, clarity, and confidence Support teammates and welcome learning (yours and theirs) Celebrate the moments that matter -- birthdays, babies, anniversaries
