Veterinary Assistant
Job Description
Veterinary Hospital in Stouffville is looking to recruit veterinary assistant to join our practice on a full time basis. Candidate will be responsible for assisting with restraining animals, medication dispensing, clinic cleanliness, equipment maintenance, inventory control, reception duties and client education.
Candidate must be a team players who is friendly, patient, and enthusiastic with clients and their pets. It is essential that candidate possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate must also have the ability to multitask in a busy environment and must have a high attention to detail. The shift schedule would include days, evenings and weekends.
Experience in veterinary setting and Avimark knowledge preferred.
