Job Summary

We are currently seeking a

Full-time Veterinary Assistant

to join our dedicated and friendly team. In this role, you will support veterinarians and technical staff in delivering exceptional patient care while providing outstanding service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Assist veterinarians and technicians during examinations, treatments, and procedures Safely restrain and handle animals with care and compassion Prepare and clean exam rooms, equipment, and treatment areas Provide routine patient care including feeding, walking, and monitoring Maintain a clean, organized, and safe hospital environment Communicate professionally with clients and support front-desk duties as needed Follow clinic protocols and health & safety guidelines Assist our reception team with client care as needed
Qualifications

Previous veterinary or animal care experience is an asset Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Passion for animal care and excellent client service Ability to lift and restrain animals safely
