Job Responsibilities:
Warmly welcoming clients and patients upon arrival.
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling general clerical duties.
Assisting the veterinary team with patient care and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
Providing a listening ear and excellent service - even on the busiest days.
Qualifications:
Veterinary or animal care experience is preferred
, but
the right personality is key
- compassion, communication skills, and a genuine love for animals are essential.
Availability to work
full-time, including Saturdays
