We are seeking a Veterinary Assistant/Client Care Specialist who is motivated, compassionate, enjoys helping others and is detail-oriented, to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis! Responsibilities include general reception duties; client education on various products and services; assisting the technicians/veterinarians when needed and providing outstanding client service and patient care. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a veterinary hospital; exhibit excellent communication and problem-solving skills; excel in multi-tasking; complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner and remain calm and professional during challenging situations.
