We are currently seeking a

fully licensed Associate Veterinarian (DVM)

to join our growing team.

Compensation & Incentives

Salary:

$100,000-$120,000 annually (based on experience) Up to

$130,000

for DVMs comfortable with sole charge

Signing / Retention Bonus:

$10,000 (2-year agreement)

Bonus Program:

Monthly team-based bonus Production-based bonus available for experienced DVMs (optional)

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

Monday-Friday (no Sundays) Full-time Choose between:

4 x 10-hour shifts

, or

5 x 8-hour shifts

90-minute lunch break daily

What You'll Be Doing

Conduct wellness, sick, and urgent care appointments Perform surgeries and dentistry (experience-dependent) Collaborate closely with RVTs and support staff Provide high-quality medical care with appropriate referral support Maintain thorough and timely medical records (AI-supported)

Strong mentorship available from the Medical Director Support for new graduates and early-career DVMs Opportunity to expand surgical, diagnostic, and ultrasound skills

CE Allowance:

$2,000 annually (+ VIN & VetGirl included) Licensing dues and malpractice insurance covered Group benefits plan (50% employer-paid premiums, including LTD) Paid vacation (3 weeks) - available immediately, no accrual Paid personal days Employee pet discounts (services at 50%, products/labs at cost) Uniform allowance

Requirements

DVM degree from an accredited veterinary program Fully licensed (or eligible for full licensure) in Ontario Strong communication and teamwork skills New graduates and experienced DVMs welcome

Restricted license candidates not eligible at this time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
