About the Role:

While this position is rooted in

bookkeeping

, we are especially interested in candidates who also bring:

Experience with QuickBooks (or similar)

Skills in inventory management

Basic purchasing and procurement experience

Familiarity or interest in technical product data (training will be provided)

You'll play a key role in supporting our internal operations, financial records, and product support activities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accounting assistant, or similar role Proficiency in accounting software (especially QuickBooks) Knowledge of Canadian bookkeeping/taxation standards Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and in a small team Experience with inventory or product support is a strong asset

Annual salary:

$40,000.00-$45,000.00
