As a Product Trainer, you will oversee the enablement and training of the Verafin software application for financial institutions. And above all else, they are passionate team players who are continuously seeking opportunities to grow and improve!Role ResponsibilitiesSchedule and conduct online software training for banks and credit unionsEnsure training timelines are met using effective time management skillsManage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple ongoing training projectsRespond to customer questions in a timely fashionKeep up to date on financial regulatory requirements and industry trendsCreate and maintain internal resources/documentationWork cross-functionally with other teams on project implementationContinually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and build client relationshipsDevelop and customize customer training plansStay knowledgeable about product changes and trendsEssential Skills & Qualifications3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in training on software applications or as a professional educatorPost-secondary education in Information Technology, Business, Adult Education or equivalent combination of experience and educationAbility to comfortably and confidently present to groups of people using a variety of delivery methods (online and in-person)Confident, articulate, and professional communication abilitiesA passion for learning, instructing, and mastering complex software applicationsAbility to embrace and support growing business demands in a changing environmentA positive attitude and a willingness to learnPrevious experience working within the banking industry would be considered an assetPrevious experience training B2B (business to business) customers on software applications would be considered an assetWhat does success look like in this role?Consistently bringing innovative ideas to the team and working on process improvementsOrganized and working cross-functionally with other teams, able to multi-task and prioritize efficientlyConsistently delivering training sessions in multiple areas of specializationWhat does growth look like in this role?Become the training subject matter expert of different pillars of the applicationOnce you have become an expert on the training team, leadership opportunities are a possibility!Your product knowledge and ability to work with peers will give you the opportunity to explore new areas of the businessAfter the purchase of Verafin by Nasdaq in 2021, we are excited to announce as of Jan 1st, 2024, we have started to move toward becoming a fully integrated part of Nasdaq.
