Job Summary

The Venue Director I is responsible for the successful management of their assigned venue. They will be responsible for maintaining profitability, achieving sales and operations goals while providing best in class customer service to all stakeholders including hotel partners, clients and team members. The Venue Director II will create a culture of achievement, support diversity, pursue continuous improvement and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to cultivating and growing the venue relationship.

Essential Functions

Provide leadership in the execution of all phases of events while maintaining the highest commitment to best-in-class customer service to internal and external stakeholders Ensure efficient floor operations, such as the timely and accurate set and strike of equipment, and other essential floor activities. Review P&L to ensure profitability; manage expenses by effectively utilizing available resources and implementing cost control measures where necessary Maintain inventory integrity ensuring quality, functionality, organization and availability Attend hotel meetings as necessary Maintain a working knowledge of industry trends, tools and innovations Develop and maintain strong relationships with venue partners Represent Pinnacle Live as a valued partner at hotel meetings and customer site visits Ensure timely payment of all payables Ensure timely processing of billing and invoices; enforce compliance with all financial management SOPs Utilize Sales Process to maximize revenue and improve capture rate during all phases of the sales cycle Ensure timely payment of all payables and completion of all reporting Effectively utilizes the Company's sales cycle to maximize revenue and improve capture rate Train, manage, and develop team in accordance with company SOPs facilitating elevated customer service standards, employee growth and a culture of achievement Effectively utilizes applicable company computer systems and continually work toward updating and improving systems and technical skills needed to run them Provide technical support for events as necessary Delegate tasks effectively as required Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

High School Graduate or equivalent Three (3) years' management-level experience in the audio visual and/or hospitality industry preferred Demonstrated experience aligning team members behind common goals Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners)

Le Directeur de site I est responsable de la bonne gestion du site qui lui est assigne. Il sera charge de

maintenir la rentabilite, d'atteindre les objectifs de vente et d'exploitation tout en offrant le meilleur service client de sa categorie a toutes les parties prenantes, y compris les partenaires hoteliers, les clients et les membres de l'equipe. Le Directeur de site II devra creer une culture de reussite, soutenir la diversite,poursuivre l'amelioration continue et faire preuve d'un engagement inebranlable a cultiver et a developper les relations du site.



TACHES ET RESPONSABILITES ESSENTIELLES:



Assurer le leadership dans l'execution de toutes les phases des evenements tout en maintenant

le plus haut niveau d'engagement pour le meilleur service client de sa categorie envers les parties prenantes internes et externes

Assurer des operations efficaces sur au sol, telles que le reglage rapide et precis de

l'equipement, et d'autres activites essentielles au sol.

Examiner les profits et les pertes (P & L) pour assurer la rentabilite ; gerer les depenses en

utilisant efficacement les ressources disponibles et en mettant en oeuvre des mesures de controle des couts si necessaire

Maintenir l'integrite des stocks en garantissant la qualite, la fonctionnalite, l'organisation et la

disponibilite

Assister aux reunions d'hotel si necessaire Maintenir une connaissance pratique des tendances, des outils et des innovations de l'industrie Developper et entretenir des relations solides avec les partenaires du site Representer Pinnacle Live en tant que partenaire precieux lors des reunions d'hotel et des visites

des sites clients

Assurer le paiement en temps opportun de toutes les obligations Assurer le traitement en temps opportun de la facturation et des factures ; faire respecter toutes

les Procedures operationnelles permanentes (SOP) de gestion financiere

Utiliser le processus de vente pour maximiser les revenus et ameliorer le taux de capture

pendant toutes les phases du cycle de vente

Assurer le paiement en temps opportun de toutes les obligations et l'achevement de tous les

rapports

Utiliser efficacement le cycle de vente de l'entreprise pour maximiser les revenus et ameliorer le

taux de capture

Former, gerer et developper l'equipe conformement aux SOP de l'entreprise facilitant des normes

de service client elevees, la croissance des employes et une culture de reussite

Utiliser efficacement les systemes informatiques applicables de l'entreprise et travailler continuellement a la mise a jour et a l'amelioration des systemes et des competences techniques

necessaires pour les faire fonctionner

Fournir un soutien technique pour les evenements si necessaire


Deleguer efficacement les taches selon les besoins Respecter tous les protocoles de securite et les procedures d'exploitation standard Autres taches assignees.



RESPONSABILITES LIEES A LA SUPERVISION:



Diriger l'equipe de personnel exempte et non exempte conformement aux politiques de l'entreprise et aux lois federales et etatiques applicables. Les responsabilites comprennent les entrevues, l'embauche et la formation des membres de l'equipe, la planification, l'assignation, l'encadrement, le mentorat, la

supervision du travail, l'evaluation des performances, la recompense et la discipline des membres de

l'equipe, le traitement des plaintes et la resolution des problemes.

FORMATION ET EXPERIENCE:



Baccalaureat ou equivalent Trois (3) ans d'experience en matiere de gestion dans le domaine de l'audiovisuel et/ou de

l'industrie hoteliere preferee

Experience averee en matiere d'alignement des membres de l'equipe sur des objectifs communs Excellentes competences en communication avec la capacite de favoriser des relations a long

terme (avec des equipes internes, des partenaires externes)
