We are seeking a proactive professional to join our team as a Venting Estimator.
The Venting Estimator is responsible for preparing competitive & accurate proposals, managing/reviewing bids with contractors while handling customer interactions and providing support to the sales team.
Our target market includes Consultants, medium-sized contractors, owners/end-users, industrial manufacturers, food manufacturers, commercial/industrial services, the public sector, and companies where our products fuel their growth.

Main Duties:
Search, review, and filter all bid requests from contractors and bid sites.
Competitive and accurate proposal preparation for all incoming projects.
Bidding to all contractors on a job.
Follow up on all quotes & bids sent.
Customer interaction and responsiveness.
Site Visits.
Product Knowledge and Application.
Download & prepare project documentation.
Provide project information to the sales team during weekly sales meetings.
Maintaining project & Marketing material database.

Qualifications
Hard Skills
Diploma or degree in Business, Sciences, Engineering , Construction Management, or a related field (e.g. Commerce, Civil, Architectural, HVAC).
Minimum 2+ years of customer-facing or B2B experience is an asset.
Proficiency with Zoho CRM and QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and willingness to travel locally (approx. 1 visit/week).
Strong technical knowledge of hydronic heating, steam systems, and venting equipment is an asset.
Soft Skills
Comfortable working in both office & site environments.
Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Customer-centric attitude with a passion for service excellence.
