Degree Residential Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Ventilation Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and modify ductwork for HVAC systems. Accurately complete work order forms. Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate job-related issues and customer requests to office staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong work ethic and attention to detail. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Valid Class 5 driver's license. Ability to perform occasional heavy lifting. Strong customer service and communication skills. Experience with hand tools.
