\xe2\x97\x8f Direct all aspects of major contract negotiations and compliance
\xe2\x97\x8f Supplier relationship management
\xe2\x97\x8f Optimize the supplier pool within assigned portfolio
\xe2\x97\x8f Interpret spend in order to identify and execute cost savings opportunities
\xe2\x97\x8f Build and execute category strategies
\xe2\x97\x8f Identify and execute ESG opportunities
\xe2\x97\x8f Drive internal process improvement, change and innovation
\xe2\x97\x8f Be a trusted advisor to TELUS stakeholders at all levels, create supplier management strategies
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent working knowledge of procurement, category management, and supplier sourcing practices
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong communication, storytelling/presentation skills, with proven ability to influence decision makers
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong problem solving skills and attention to detailEducation, Experience, Professional Designations\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s Degree in a related field
\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced, complex procurement environment
\xe2\x97\x8f CSCL, SCMP, MBA, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma designations are definite assets
