Layering in technology advancements such as artificial intelligence and robotic process automation into our practice is world-class and opens our minds to the extent of new possibilities.Here's How Direct all aspects of large strategic sourcing projects, including direct negotiations and RFx events
Direct all aspects of major contract negotiations and compliance
Supplier relationship management
Optimize the supplier pool within assigned portfolio
Interpret spend in order to identify and execute cost savings opportunities
Build and execute category strategies
Identify and execute ESG opportunities
Drive internal process improvement, change and innovation
Be a trusted advisor to TELUS stakeholders at all levels, create supplier management strategies
Excellent working knowledge of procurement, category management, and supplier sourcing practices
Strong communication, storytelling/presentation skills, with proven ability to influence decision makers
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detailEducation, Experience, Professional Designations Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced, complex procurement environment
CSCL, SCMP, MBA, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma designations are definite assets
