Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Utilize your technical sales knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced cash register. Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently, ensuring smooth checkout experiences. Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales. Upsell products and services by identifying customer needs and suggesting relevant options. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are displayed attractively. Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.

Requirements

Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is preferred; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is highly desirable. Familiarity with product demos and technical sales processes is an asset. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers. Experience with cashiering duties and POS systems is advantageous. A proactive approach to upselling and customer engagement is essential.
