Sous la responsabilite du gestionnaire regional des ventes - datacom, le

vendeur interne - specialite datacom

vend des produits, traite les commandes des clients, fournit des informations tarifaires et/ou techniques, et trouve des solutions aux problemes des clients en temps opportun.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES :



Repondre aux appels rapidement et de maniere professionnelle, ecouter attentivement les clients, comprendre et repondre a leurs besoins ; Repondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients en temps opportun ; A l'occasion, negocier des prix et des conditions speciales avec les clients et/ou les vendeurs selon les criteres etablis par son gestionnaire ; Prendre les mesures necessaires pour resoudre les problemes de service a la clientele en temps opportun et assurer le suivi et verifier que les engagements sont respectes par la suite ; Proposer de maniere proactive des produits associes et/ou alternatifs si necessaire ; Promouvoir les produits cibles afin de generer des ventes supplementaires ; Informer rapidement la personne appropriee (directeur du centre d'affaires, representant des ventes externes) des commentaires des clients concernant le prix, les produits, le service, etc ; Maintenir a jour ses connaissances techniques sur les diverses gammes de produits et elargir sa connaissance du systeme.

EXIGENCES :



Minimum de trois (3) a cinq (5) ans d'experience dans l'industrie de preference, ou une combinaison de formation professionnelle et d'experience pertinente ; Bonne connaissance du francais parle et ecrit ; Competences demontrees en relations humaines ; Excellentes competences en communication et en organisation ; Connaissance des produits ; Doit etre axe sur le service a la clientele ; Bonne connaissance de MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager - Datacom, the

Inside Salesperson - Datacom Specialist

sells products, processes customer orders, provides pricing and/or technical information, and finds solutions to customer problems in a timely manner.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:



Answers calls promptly, and professionally, listens attentively to the customers, understands and fulfils their needs; Responds to the customer's inquiries in a timely manner; On some occasions, negotiates special prices and conditions with customers and/or vendors as per criteria established by his Manager; Takes necessary action to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner and follows-up and verifies commitments are met afterwards; Proactively suggests associated and/or alternate products as needed; Promotes focus product items to generate incremental sales; Quickly informs the appropriate person (Regional Sales Manager, Outside Sales Representative) of customer feedback with regards to price, products, service, etc.; Maintains their technical knowledge up-to-date on various product lines and broaden knowledge or our ERP.

REQUIREMENTS:



Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of industry experience preferable, or a combination of relevant professional training and experience; Demonstrated people skills; Excellent knowledge of French written and spoken is required; Excellent communication and organizational skills; Product knowledge; Must be customer service driven; Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
