Position Overview

We're looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and driven

Sales Associate

to join our team and focus on growing our

Vehicle Wrap

,

Paint Protection Film (PPF)

, and

Ceramic Coating

services. This customer-facing role is ideal for someone who has a strong understanding of the vehicle wrap and PPF industry.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Sales

Engage with walk-in, phone, and online inquiries Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services (wrap, PPF, ceramic coating, tint, etc.) Provide accurate quotes, timelines, and product information Build trust and long-term relationships with automotive enthusiasts and everyday vehicle owners alike

Project Coordination

Collaborate with the install team to schedule jobs and ensure customer expectations are met Oversee the sales process from consultation to delivery Conduct vehicle intake inspections and walkarounds with clients

Product Knowledge & Training

Stay up to date on current vinyl and PPF products (e.g., 3M, XPEL, Avery Dennison, etc.) Understand vehicle customization trends and paint protection technologies

Sales Growth & Marketing Support

Help identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Work with marketing to provide content, photos, and customer testimonials for promotions and social media

CRM & Admin

Use CRM or POS system to track leads, manage appointments, and follow up with clients Assist in preparing invoices, work orders, and documentation

Qualifications

1-3 years experience in automotive sales, service advising, or a similar client-facing role Strong knowledge of vehicle wraps, PPF, ceramic coating, or detailing services (or willingness to learn quickly) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Customer-focused mindset with a passion for cars and customization Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with CRM software and digital quoting tools A valid BC Driver's License with a clean driving record

Preferred (Not Required)

Previous experience in vinyl wrap or PPF installation (bonus for technical understanding) Background in automotive service, detailing, or dealership environments Familiarity with premium automotive brands and aftermarket customization trends

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
