Summary

:

As a Vehicle Lot Coordinator, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the vehicle lot, reporting directly to the dealership management. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining an organized lot, providing excellent customer service, and assisting guests with their inquiries. Core skills in communication and customer service will be vital

Responsibilities:



Take initiative and perform detailed work accurately, ensuring projects are carried through to completion. Utilize excellent communication skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders. Ensure clear and tactful messaging via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Provide comprehensive administrative support, including file organization, document preparation, and statistical compilation. Ensure an exceptional customer experience by being proactive, hands-on, and ready to jump in to do whatever it takes to support the team. Troubleshoot issues and work collaboratively with the team to offer and implement solutions Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with professionalism to include judgment, tact, and sensitivity. Demonstrate proficiency in various software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and web-based programs. Meticulous attention to detail regarding paperwork retention, efficient filing systems, data input, and analysis. Ensure dependability via regular and predictable attendance.

Qualification:



Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Required languages: English 2-4 years' experience in the automotive or transportation industry preferred.

Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Proven success to work independently with minimal supervision while working in a team environment.

Able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Working knowledge of web-based applications and automotive inspection tools preferred. Must be detail-oriented, ability to provide exceptional customer service and be dependable.

Work Conditions:



Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Some indoor work related to general administrative duties Physical Demands: Ability to work outside and be on foot for extended periods of time. Ability to walk medium to long distances during the work day.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
