We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Vehicle Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an eye for detail, as you will be working directly with clients to enhance their vehicle's appearance.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, using appropriate cleaning products, tools and techniques.
- Vacuum and shampoo upholstery and carpets to remove stains and odours.
- Wash vehicle exteriors to restore shine and protect paint surfaces.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure clarity and visibility.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues that may require attention before detailing.
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of the detailing area and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.
- Valid driver's license .
